Wex is writing a book about Jewish food for Scribner. He’s hoping that Mrs. Wex will cook him some of the extraordinary things he is discovering during his research. Mrs. Wex is a little alarmed.

With the lab coat on it would appear that Wex’s jewish recipes might also have some scientific benefits. Maybe he could be a guest on the Discovery show Daily Planet? Just another way to get the word out, think about it.
It’s too early to tell. But the lab coat is proof of the serious nature of my research.
